Apartment Description:  Located in front of the Vatican museum entrance, at the ground floor of an old building of 19th century.  You will find a modern and all remodeled apartment.  The charm of this apartment is the high and old ceiling really well preserved.  There is a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a kitchen with a table and four chairs, and also a double bedroom and large bathroom with a shower.  For your comfort, there is air-conditioning and Television.

Minimum stay: 1 week

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
  
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $50).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $14) between June to September.
  
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
  
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
  
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
