Apartment Description:  First floor (2nd American) apartment with lift is located in the very historical center of town.  A stone's throw from Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, and Pantheon.  A block away from one of the most famous streets in Rome, Via dei Coronari, with its beautiful antique shops offering ancient furniture dating back to the 16th century, important paintings, stamps, marbles and all sorts of precious and beautiful objects.  Twice a year in May and October this street is the center of an important antique exhibition attracting Italians from all over the country to this area.  This fantastic location offers you also a variety of restaurants, cafes as well as shops or sophisticated boutiques.

The apartment is divided into one bright and spacious living room with dining area and high ceiling, one small kitchen, a bathroom with shower, two separate bedrooms, one being a loft.  Both offer 2 single beds that can be put together to make 1 large double.  From the living room windows you can see Castle Saint Angelo, just on the other side of the river.  Also, includes sofa, English book case, color TV, and dining table with chairs in the living room.  The whole house is bright with hardwood floors and hard stone refining.  Please note the ceiling of both the loft and the bathroom are about 180 centimeters high (almost 6 ft tall) due to the owner's remodeling of the apartment in order to create a second comfortable bedroom in the loft.

Minimum stay: 5 nights

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
  
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $50).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $14) between June to September.
  
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
  
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
  
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
