Apartment Description:  This lovely accommodation is located on Via Garibaldi, just 3 minutes walk from Santa Maria, the heart of Trastevere.  It is divided into a living room with two single sofa beds, a large sofa, a dining table and a library equipped with a computer available for guests. From the living room you have the access into the double bedroom with its wardrobe. The dining area with an independent kitchen is opposite to the living room. The apartment takes the entire floor of an ancient palazzetto and all the rooms are one next to the other.  This is a perfect place to sleep: despite Trastevere being a lively neighborhood, the apartment is very quiet.  Located on first floor (2nd U.S.) with no lift.  On the third floor (4th U.S.) of the building you will have the exclusive availability of a wonderful and panoramic private terrace, equipped with a dining table.

Minimum stay: 5 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $50).

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas
