a table for 8 and next to it, the large, separated kitchen.
The master bedroom is close to the living room and offers a
beautiful bathroom en suite. On the other side of the
kitchen, two other bedrooms, one with double bed and second
with 2 single beds, have in common a fantastic, spacious, blue
bathroom. Located on first floor (2nd U.S. floor) with
NO lift.

Minimum
stay: 3 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and
must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 50 Euro
(approximately $75).
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.

during Easter and Christmas
