Apartment Description: A charming 3 bedroom apartment with all modern comforts.
Walking distance from the Vatican and just across the Tiber river, Piazza Navona, Campo dei
Fiori.
The spacious apartment is at the third floor (4th American) with No lift of a nice building beginning of the past century.
It has been completely remade and is very quiet and bright.
The flat is divided into one hallway/entrance, 3 bedrooms - one single, two
doubles, two bathrooms both with shower. One large and very warm kitchen with a large dining table, one small sofa and
nice furniture. Bed rooms are large with light tapestries and
high quality "Murano" chandeliers. Includes 3 TV, A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, small fridge in each bed room, microwave oven, linen change and cleaning every 3 days.

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro
(approximately $65). For apartments with A/C, additional
charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $14) between June to
September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
