Apartment Description: This elegant and inviting
apartment is literally one minute from the famous square of
Santa Maria in Trastevere and five minutes walk from Campo
dei Fiori, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona.
This first floor apartment with No lift offers a beautiful
terrace with grill where you can enjoy a nice barbacue.
In the unit, it features a large kitchen with dining area.
On the right side a twin bedroom with walk-in closet that
has access to the lovely terrace. From a small
corridor, you enter into the large living room with loft
that houses a double bed. The living room also has
space to add an additional single bed. Bathroom will
include shower.
Facilities include fans, plasma TV, washing machine,
independent heating, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, iron
and ironing board, barbecue grill. |

Minimum
stay: 5 days
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 45
Euro (approximately $65). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $14) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas
