Apartment Description:  A beautiful apartment in the very heart of the historical centre, between Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna.  From the house you can enjoy a fantastic view of the dome of one of the well known twin churches of Piazza del Popolo, wanted by Pope Alexander VI Borgia. These twin churches introduce the most famous street called Via del Corso, where Pope Borgia used to have his triumphal parades returning from his victorious battles.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor (5th American) with No lift of an antique building and consists of a charming living room featuring a beautiful crystal table placed in the middle of the two French door windows that overlook onto a long balcony.  It includes one double room and one single room, two bathrooms with shower and a well equipped kitchen.  In the living room you will also find a single sofa bed for the fourth guest (children only, please).  The whole apartment is very bright and has been decorated with antiques, nice paintings and family ornaments, elegant matching fabrics for sofas and curtains as well as nice Florentine "cotto" tiles for the floors. Includes color TV, dishwasher, washing machine and offers central heating and A/C ($12/day surplus).

Minimum stay: 5 days

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
 
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $50).  For apartments with A/C, additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $14) between June to September.
 
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
 
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
 
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
