Apartment Description: Recently refurbished, this
spacious apartment has all modern comforts including "Cotto"
floors throughout and wooden ceilings completely restored.
This spacious apartment includes large living room with
comfortable seating on its sofabed and dining area for 6. This
living room is open-plan with the beautiful and fully equipped
kitchen. On the left side of the entrance there are the
two
bedrooms. Each one having an en-suite bathroom, one with
tub/shower, second with shower. A tasteful mix of modern
and antique furniture, the elegance of some interesting
objects give an added warm to the flat. Located on
second floor (third American) with NO lift. Facilities
include air conditioning, Satellite TV, SKY, DVD, central heating,
iron and ironing board, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing

Minimum
stay: 4 days
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 45
Euro (approximately $65). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $14) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas
