Apartment Description:  Extremely central apartment located in a XVI century building at 200 meters from Piazza Navona.  At walking distance from Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Fontana di Trevi, the Vatican, the Forum and all main attractions.  Just around the corner the famous Campo dei Fiori and Piazza Farnese area, important for its numerous jewelry shops, restaurant, cafés and for the flower market that you can visit every morning in the square of Campo dei Fiori.  The place offers its guest the best position from which to visit the city.

This charming apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful 19th century building with an elegant internal courtyard.  The apartment has been completely remodeled and it has typical Italian "cotto floors", and beautiful original wooden ceilings of the same period of the building.  It is very quiet and divided into one living room with kitchenette, dining table and a double new sofa bed. Includes double bed, making 2 singles, in bedroom and one bath with shower. It is nicely decorated with old style furniture and it is practical and homely.

Minimum stay: 4 nights

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 
 
Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $50). 
 
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.
 
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
 
Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
