This unique property has been completely remodeled showing beautiful hard wood floors and old break ceilings. The property features an open space entrance with a wonderful, very spacious living room that extends towards the two large windows creating a dining area. On the right side of the dining area, the modern open kitchen and on the left, the sitting area that offers generously sized sofas (one of them is a sofa bed) and beautiful book shelves. Through a small corridor you may reach the sleeping area that is comprise of a cozy double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The twin bedroom is furnished with two single beds and includes a loft (140 centimeters high) that offers two armchairs convertible into two beds for children. Between the double bedroom and the twin bedroom, stands the large bathroom with a tub and a beautiful shower.  Located on third floor with lift. (15 steps before the lift).

Minimum stay: 4 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro (approximately $65).

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas.
