A complete renovation of the residence was finished in '00, done with care following a restoration-project of the original nineteenth century marble. Booking procedure: Deposit of approximately 20% is due at time of booking, balance taken on arrival.

Arrival/Check In:  Available anytime.  Reception is 24 hours.

Check-out:  Usually 12:00 noon, however guests can remain on site, or when possible, in apartment upon approval from management.  

Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation a full refund minus a $200 fee will be made if notification is received 14 days prior to arrival.  In the event of cancellation being received within 14 days of commencement of stay, no refund will be made.
