Apartment Description: A romantic apartment in
the heart of the Trastevere, one of the most picturesque area
in the old city. Stones thrown from Campo dei Fiori, Pantheon
and Piazza Navona, walking distance to Spanish Steps and Trevi
Fountain.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of an historical
building and it has been completely remodeled. The owner
is a young architect who has provided the spacious & elegant
apartment with the warmth atmosphere of an ancient home.
When you enter, you find the large living room with dining
area, a sofa bed and a completely equipped, open kitchen.
From the living room you have the access to the two bedrooms,
one with double bed, another with 2 single beds, both are very
quiet. Facilities include A/C (at 10 Euro/day surplus), color TV, DVD, washing
machine, independent heating and microwave. |

Minimum
stay: 5 days
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 45
Euro (approximately $70). For apartments with A/C,
additional charge of 10 Euro/day (approximately $14) between
June to September.
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.

during Easter and Christmas
