1,500 sq/ft apartment in the historic center of Rome has been newly
renovated to offer space, elegance, comfort and convenience
to the city's most desirable attractions. The location
simply could not be better, directly on the Tiber River next
to Isola Tiberina (Tiberina Island), the Teatro di Marcello
and Campo de' Fiori.
The apartment is on the quiet side of the building, away
from the road along the river (Lungotevere dei Cenci); half
of the windows open onto a large interior courtyard. Walk to
the Forum, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon or across the river
to enchanting Trastevere, famous for its narrow streets and
cozy restaurants. But you need not cross the river to find a
great restaurant.
An impressive doorways leads into the stately courtyard of
this 19th-century neoclassical building. There is a doorman
on weekdays. Take the elevator to the second floor, where
this unusually quiet and bright apartment is located.
Apartment offers gleaming wood floors, freshly painted walls
and attractive modern kitchen. Furnishings, suitable for a
noble palazzo in Rome, are high quality antiques, many from
Indonesia, where the owner worked for many years. The
Marchese and his family members own other apartments in the
building, which means that the entrance, courtyard and
stairways are beautifully maintained and secure.
The high ceilings and tall windows of the foyer give the
apartment a light and airy feeling.

Minimum
stay: 5 days
Booking procedure: 60% rental deposit due at time of
booking, balance due 2 months prior to arrival.
Security deposit: $750 requested
upon arrival and refunded after inventory is taken,
minus utilities and phone charges.
Additional fees: Utilities including A/C and
heating are an additional charge (normally $50 to $100 per
week total)
Holiday period: There is a 20% surcharge added to
rent during Easter and Christmas.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is
10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
has an additional 25 Euro surcharge.
Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.
If within 2 months prior of arrival, there is no refund.
Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have
suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
