Apartment Description: The apartment has beautiful wooden beamed ceiling, and beautiful "Cotto tiles" floors.
The apartment is very central in one of the most characteristic and beautiful
neighborhoods of historical Rome. Walking distance from Pantheon, Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Navona, the Imperial Forum, the
Colosseum.
The apartment is on the first floor (2nd American) with NO lift of an ancient building. It
is divided into living room with dining area, sofa bed for two and kitchen, double bedroom,
single bedroom and bathroom with hand-held shower over tub. Facilities
include Air Conditioning, TV, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Minimum stay:
5 days
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival
and must be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 45 Euro
(approximately $70).
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of
9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations.
If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
also be charged. No-shows will be charged 50% of total
rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that
they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of
booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge
during Easter and Christmas
