Apartment Description:  This comfortable apartment is located at only few meters from the Vatican Museum and Saint Peter's.  It is well connected also to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona: the Metro station, only 100 meters away, can easily get you to the center (3 stops to the Spanish Steps; four to Trevi Fountain).

The accommodation features an entrance with a large mirror, a triple room and a double room with en suite bathroom with shower. The bed is convertible into 2 singles.   The separate and completely equipped kitchen has a table for breakfast.  Locted on fifth floor with lift.  It is divided into: entrance, kitchen with breakfast table, double bedroom (double bed convertible into 2 singles) with en suite bathroom, triple bedroom and

Minimum stay: 5 nights 

Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must be made in Euros. 

Additional fees:  Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro (approximately $55).

Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge.  Convenient airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact us for latest rates.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will also be charged.  No-shows will be charged 50% of total rent.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

Holiday period:  20% surcharge during Easter and Christmas
