Apartment Description: This charming apartment is
strategically located in a quite street a stones
thrown from Piazza Navona. Walking distance to
Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps and all main tourist
sites.
This 1st floor (2nd American) apartment with No lift,
features a large living room that offers much space for the
dining area and the sitting area. In this room can be added
the extra bed for the fifth person. Close by but completely
separated, you will find the fully equipped kitchen.
From the living room through a sliding door you see the cute
bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed and en suite the
spacious bathroom.
Facilities include Air conditioning, Plasma TV, stereo,
washing machine, dish washer, hair dryer, iron and ironing
board, independent heating. |

Minimum
stay: 4 nights
Booking procedure: 25% rental deposit due at time of
booking by credit card, balance requested on arrival and must
be made in Euros.
Additional fees: Final cleaning fee of 35 Euro
(approximately $55).
Arrival/Check-In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00
a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional $35 surcharge. Convenient
airport transfer provided at additional cost - please contact
us for latest rates.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all
cancellations. If within 20 days of arrival, additional fee
of 1 nights will also be charged. No-shows will be charged
50% of total rent. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure
that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time
of booking.
Holiday period: 20% surcharge during Easter and
Christmas.
