It has kept its old walls with exposed beams and the old well in the verdent courtyard.  The main attraction of the area is the river Seine that runs at the end of the street. But this is also part of the historical section of Paris and one needs to stroll only a few blocks to discover the fascinating rue de Buci street market and the blvd. St. Germain. The Latin Quarter and Place Saint Michel are minutes away. Across the street from the building is the Mariage Freres, will serve and sell the finest tea in Europe, and two of the best restaurants in town are located just around the corner.

Booking procedure: 25% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Telephone and electricity charges are not included in rent and will be deducted on day of departure. 

Arrival/Check In:  Check-in normally early afternoon (but flexible).  Airport transfer available at additional cost.  Check out is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy:  Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  Rental balance is non-refundable if cancellation is made less then 60 days prior to arrival. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
