Apartment Description:  Two recently renovated studios in an 18th century building in the famous St. Michel area.  Many bars, restaurants and shops surround the neighborhood.  Studio #1106 is a cozy and charming 19 sq/m second floor studio with view onto small courtyard.  It has a double sofa bed, large closet and a kitchenette with bar.  Studio #1107 is slightly larger, 22 sq/m, and includes 2 single beds.

Please note there is a 10% price increase during the high season (March to June, October and Christmas). 


Minimum stay: 1 week

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Refundable security deposit of up to one weeks rent will be taken on arrival.  Please note electricity charges are not included in rent and will be deducted upon check-out.

Arrival/Check In:  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  Airport transfer can be arranged at additional cost of $50 for up to 5 guests.  Check-out is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid loss in such circumstances.
