Apartment Description:  650 sq/ft 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in a 1920's building, by the corner of blvd du Montparnasse and rue Campagne Premiere near border of 6th/14th Arrondissement.  It features an entrance hall, a very spacious sitting room with large sofas and armchairs, a fine dining room. The 2 bedroom with 5 single beds, a complete bathroom with toilet, a second "bibliothèque" with 2 single beds, and a kitchen. 

Walking 10 minutes down Blvd. St Michel you are at the Luxembourg Garden as well as the Panthéon and Sorbonne.  Not too far away is the popular St Michel and St Germain areas.

Booking procedure: 25% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Please note telephone and electricity charges are not included in rent (avg. $6 to $10 per person/week) and will be deducted upon check-out.

Arrival/Check In:  An appointment time will be arranged.  Airport transfer available at additional cost.  Arrivals outside of office hours, 9:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday - Friday, may require airport transfer.  Check out is 11:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy:  There is no refund for cancellations as these are private apartments owned by individuals, unless the owner is able to re-let the apartment. If apartment is re-let, then deposit is lost. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
