Apartment Description:  Spacious 1,130 sq/ft 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in an 18th century Parisian building very well located between Madeleine and Opera.  The area is vibrant with many restaurants, fashion boutiques and cafes nearby.  A supermarket, bakery, delicatessen, news-stand and gym are all in the immediate neighborhood. The apartment itself was remodeled in May '01 and includes large foyer leading to spacious living room with sofa and 2 single beds.

Please note there is a 10% price increase during the high season (March to June, October and Christmas).  


Minimum stay: 1 week

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Refundable security deposit of up to one weeks rent will be taken on arrival.  Please note electricity charges are not included in rent and will be deducted upon check-out.

Arrival/Check In: Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.  Airport transfer can be arranged at additional cost of $50 for up to 5 guests.  Check-out is 10:00 a.m.  

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  We strongly recommend cancellation insurance to avoid loss in such circumstances.
