Apartment Description:  Beautifully located in the heart of the Ile St Louis, in the central street with its restaurants, antique shops and art galleries.  On the first floor of a well-kept 18th century building without elevator, the studio is approximately 30 sq. meters. It is overlooking the courtyard, so it is very quiet.  

The apartment has very high ceiling with wooden beams.  The bathroom is composed of a bathtub with shower, a washbasin, a washing machine and W/C.  The kitchen contains a refrigerator, microwave oven, 2 electric burners.  It is equipped with twin beds and sofa, two armchairs, a round table and 4 chairs.  Tiles on the floor. Telephone and Television.  The furnishing is standard but the atmosphere is charming. 

Minimum stay: 1 week (4 days available at management's discretion)

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  

Arrival/Check In:  Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Keys to the apartment are made available at the Paris office, conveniently located nearby in the 7th arrondissement.

Cancellation policy:  If cancellation is more than one month prior to arrival, deposit is non refundable.  If less than one month, there is no refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
