This 850 sq/ft 2 bedroom apartment on the 5th floor with lift (stops between stairs so there are a few steps on ground and last floor) of a 19th century building has been completely renovated with new furniture. It  includes a nice living room with contemporary furniture (the sofa bed is especially comfortable), 2 bedrooms each with zip and link beds (large double beds which can split into 2 single beds), bathroom with modern shower, washer/dryer, separate W/C and a modern kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave.

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Payment by VISA or Mastercard accepted.  

Arrival/Check In:  Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Keys to the apartment are made available at the Paris office, conveniently located nearby in the 7th arrondissement.

Cancellation policy:  If cancellation is more than one month prior to arrival, deposit is non refundable.  If less than one month, there is no refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
