Apartment Description:  Two 2 bedroom apartments in a well kept classic Parisian building in a pleasant residential neighborhood with many shops and services.  Both flats have been designed and installed for the owners and are nicely furnished (classic French) and well maintained, and have more character than an apartment only made for rentals.

The first is a 1,000 sq/ft 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment on the 6th floor (top floor) with elevator, facing south.  It contains a large entrance, spacious living and dining-room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a large bathroom. The second is on the 5th floor with elevator, also facing south.  It contains a large entrance, spacious living and dining-room, 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with tub plus another one with shower only.

Both apartments include modern kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher and washing machine.  A folding bed can also be provided if there are 5 guests in party.


Closest metro station:  1 minute to Charles Michel

Minimum stay: 1 week (4 days available at management's discretion) 

Booking procedure: 60% rent taken at time of booking, balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  Payment by VISA or Mastercard accepted.

Arrival/Check In:  Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Keys to the apartment are made available at the Paris office, conveniently located nearby in the 7th arrondissement.

Cancellation policy:  If cancellation is more than one month prior to arrival, deposit is non refundable.  If less than one month, there is no refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
