Apartment Description:  The building is just a stone's throw from such prestigious sights as the Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Royal Palace. Located in a lively neighborhood between Les Halles (the former central food market) and the Marais District, this charming little apart-hotel is right by the side of the Forum des Halles, the Pompidou Cultural Center and the department stores. 

There are eleven bright apartments, each with a hall, kitchenette, tiled marbled bathroom with bathtub, a sunny bedroom. Some of them have a balcony. Each room is equipped with cable television, external line telephone line and safety deposit box.  The rooms are decorated with taste and style, with artworks illustrating famous sites of Paris. The bedrooms facilities include a large table where one can eat in a nice setting.

You will get classic three star service (cleaning, breakfast, show tickets booking) with the additional possibility facility of dining taking in your own meals inside the room thanks to the kitchenette and a large round dining table.

The building is very close to the Gare du Nord and the Gare de Lyon (railway stations). Just a few yards away you can catch the RER train which links directly with Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Airport (20 minutes) or EuroDisney (25 minutes). All bus and underground tube lines are right there if you want to cross the city in any direction through and through.

Booking procedure: 10% deposit taken at time of booking.  Balance of rent taken on arrival.  

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 12:00 p.m. 

Cancellation policy:  $100 administrative fee for all cancellations. If cancellation is made at least 3 days prior to arrival, no additional fee.  If less than 3 days prior to arrival, up to 2 nights rent will be taken.
