Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, large fridge/freezer and stove.  The 1 bedroom comprises of a double bedroom with a nice range of wardrobe space, a spacious living room with modern furnishings and color TV. The kitchen includes fridge, washing machine and stove. 

Closest tube stop:  3 minute walk to Holborn

Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.  

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am.  Airport transfer can be provided, at additional cost.  It is required for all arrivals outside of normal business hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable and a $150 cancellation charge for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 45 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
