Apartment Description:  This elegant quiet flat is on the third floor with lift of an impressive mansion block (24 hour porterage) in a wonderful position on the south side of Knightsbridge. You are one minute's walk from Knightsbridge tube station (Piccadilly line, tube direct from Heathrow), two minutes walk from fashionable Harvey Nichols and three minutes walk from Harrods. Stroll across the road through Edinburgh Gate and in less than a minute you are in Hyde Park.

The spacious (17ft x 14ft, 5.20m x 4.25m) living area is well furnished with 2 comfortable sofas, a dining table and 6 well upholstered reproduction dining chairs, TV and occasional tables. The focal point of this light and pleasant room is a fine Victorian ornamental iron fireplace.  The small but well equipped kitchen has all the expected appliances including microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.  There are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed, good built-in cupboard storage space and an en-suite marble bathroom with tub/shower, W/C, basin. There are two further bedrooms, a double and a twin (two standard singles) also with good storage space. They share the second bathroom with tub/shower, W/C and basin. There is a folding bed that can be used to accommodate a 7th person on an occasional basis either in the living/dining area or in the twin bedroom.

It's no accident that Knightsbridge , one of the most fashionable places to live, boasts some of the best shops and restaurants in London. Less than 5 minutes walk away in Beauchamp Place with its fine collection of fashion shops and at least 6 restaurants.

Minimum stay: 1 week 

Booking procedure: 20% rental deposit and refundable £300 security deposit taken at time of booking by credit card, balance due by check in GBP nine weeks prior to arrival. 

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am.

Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 2 months prior to arrival, there is no refund.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
