This Non-Smoking apartment was newly built in 2002 and is finished in an innovative style. The kitchen has all the latest in design and the bathrooms have designer chrome taps, glass bowls, and frosted glass finishes. The living area is bright and sunny with a balcony looking directly onto Hoxton Square. There are two peaceful double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en-suite).
Closest tube stop: 5 minute walk to Old Street

Booking procedure: 50% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due
4 weeks prior to arrival. $350 refundable security
deposit also requested at that time.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is
11:00 am.
Cancellation policy: Deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If
cancellation is less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, there is
no refund unless the apartment is re-let. Clients are
strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel
insurance arranged at the time of booking.
