Hire and Parking, Catering and other services that can be
arranged. Guests are also provided with a complimentary welcome pack
of groceries to help them settle in with the minimum.

Minimum

Booking procedure: 20% deposit taken at time of booking,
balance of rent due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check
out is 12:00 p.m.
Cancellation policy: For cancellations 21 days or more prior to arrival,
1 nights rent is charged. If received less than 21 days prior to arrival,
4 days rent is taken.
