Each apartment provides direct dial telephones, complimentary broadband internet access and fax & answering machines available.  Kitchens are fully furnished and room service is available from local restaurants.  Some apartments have marble bathrooms and superbly designed English made bedroom furniture. There is a resident housekeeper to take care of dry cleaning, laundry, shopping and helpful reception desk staff at Curzon Street to receive guests, arrange car hire, reservations, sightseeing, etc.  Also, parking available nearby at additional cost.

LOW SEASON DISCOUNT:  Stay 6 or more nights between November to April '12 and receive 1 NIGHT FREE for every 6 nights (excluding 19th December to 5th January inclusive).  Maximum of 2 free nights offered.
Minimum stay: 3 nights (5 night minimum during Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years)

Booking procedure: 20 to 30% rental deposit (depending on season) taken at time of booking, balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.  Reception hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  Monday to Friday

Cancellation policy: Rental deposit non-refundable for all cancellations.  If within 15 days of commencement of stay, no refund can be made.  Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
