Booking procedure: 30% advance payment is due at time of booking by VISA or M/C only, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.  Keys to the apartment are made available at our reception desk which is open 24 hours a day and is conveniently located not far from the apartments.

Cancellation policy: Advance payment is non-refundable for all cancellations.  If cancellation is less than 45 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let.
